How long will it take to ship out my order?
Orders will be consolidated and will be delivered 2-3 weeks after order deadline.

Where can I ship to?
Your order will be shipped directly to your campus.
Orders can be shipped to the United States, Canada or the Caribbean.
What is your return policy?
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you are able the return the merchandise (in unused, new condition) for a credit within 30 days. Email us at webstores@arrowmarketing.ca for details on how to complete your return.
What forms of payment do you accept?
All major credit cards.
Is there a minimum quantity that must be ordered?
No. Orders can be as small as just one item.
How do I know if my order went through?
You will receive an automatic email order confirmation within moments of submitting your order. If you do not see it after a few minutes, you may want to check your junk folder. *It is always important to review order confirmations to ensure accuracy. Any changes must be requested within 24 hours by calling 519-623-5101 or emailing webstores@arrowmarketing.ca.
What if my order is urgent?
Please let us know if your order is urgent or is required for a specific date - we will do our best to accommodate it. Please contact us by emailing webstores@arrowmarketing.ca. Please included your Order # which is found on your Order Confirmation email. Extra charges may apply to rush orders.
